Unique Stand Fan Wire Connection
The concern is that there is a capacitor for the motor.
Stand fan wire connection. So i m thinking that the motor may have to start with the slower speeds first. Remove the plastic caps that are on the ends of your wires. Repeat the process on the wires coming out of your fan.
You should see that there is a separate motor winding for high speed. Need step by step instructions on replacing ceiling fan. Use a stepladder to reach the wires in your ceiling and carefully cut away the plastic coating about 2 inches 5 1 cm from the end of the wires with a wire cutter.
Feel free to contact me with. Pick the diagram that is most like the scenario you are in and see if you can wire up your fan. 3 speed ac fan running capacitor chan.
Take a closer look at a ceiling fan wiring diagram. Now insulate all the bare wire connection with the insulating tape. Connect the one wire of a capacitor to the neutral wire point 3 and another wire of capacitor is connected to the unconnected wire point 2 of the fan s output in series with lower resistance coil starter coil step6.
With these diagrams below it will take the guess work out. To connect your wires the copper ends must be exposed. And not start in the high speed because the motor or capacitor has not been designed for that type of operation.
Still looking for help. Double check your connections using the fan wiring diagrams. This might seem intimidating but it does not have to be.
